Quotes and Production Requirements
Quotation details depend on product type, fabric, quantity, color, size range, customization method, labels, packaging, shipping destination and project timeline. Any price, MOQ, sample timeline or bulk production timeline must be confirmed in writing before sampling or production begins.
Customer Files and Artwork
Customers are responsible for ensuring that artwork, logos, images, brand names, design files and uploaded materials they submit are owned by them or properly authorized for production. Uploaded files may include tech packs, mockups, logo files, reference images, size charts and sample photos.
Project Review
Eking Clothing may refuse projects that involve unauthorized brand logos, counterfeit products, infringing designs, illegal content or production requests that cannot be reasonably supported.
Sampling and Bulk Production
Product development, sample approval and bulk production details should be confirmed through written communication. Final production requirements may include fabric confirmation, sample approval, payment terms, packaging details, shipping information and other project-specific conditions.
